WiFi is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge.

Free private parking is possible at a location nearby (reservation is not needed).

Pets are not allowed.

Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 2 years old stay for free when using an available cot.
Children up to and including 2 years old stay for free when using an existing bed.
No extra beds are available.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.

This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

A damage deposit of EUR 250 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
Please note that the accommodation must be left clean and tidy (fridge empty, rubbish thrown away, kitchenware & tableware clean, barbecue clean) upon check-out. Otherwise, a cleaning fee of EUR 50 will be due upon check-out.

The swimming pool is heated from October to March. Please note that pool heating is available upon request from April to September at an additional charge of 10 EUR per night.

The tennis court can only used during daylight hours.
