  : Room is clean, all the amenties in bathroom are perfect, very clean towels. The bed is good for deep sleep. The staff at breakfast room is kind and helpful. The hotel is not in the center of old town. There are water filter mchine every floor.
  : The hotel staff accepted our luggages when we arrived early morning without tags. So we took the photo of the place where our stuffs were left behind the counter check in.

  : No breakfast was provided but we were charged for it. The hotel location makes it very difficult to actually get anywhere near it if travelling by car.
  : The breakfast should have been available at 0630. It wasnt! This meant we had no breakfast until the ferry sailed at 1000. The staff were unable to see if we had paid in advance, we had. Subsequently we were charged for a breakfast that was not provided. The car park was very difficult to find and even more difficult to enter safely. The staff gave us a map that didnt cover all the streets in the vicinity and the car park entrance gives a clearance of about 2 inches each side but cars parked on the street made the approach very difficult. No staff assistance was available, and didnt respond to the intercom meaning my wife had to go back to the reception to get the door raised. Without guidance I attempted to enter but now have minor damage on both sides of my car front and rear. I have sent a message to the hotel but so far have not had a response
