  : The staff was very nice and helpful.
  : No cleaning services provided due to "shortage of staff". To be honest, this is none of our business, and when you move into a flat with kids, you want to have the place cleaned at least twice a week. The hotel should have warned us ahead of time that there was no cleaning service available. This is the one thing that would make me thinks twice before booking a place at Les Cimes with the family. There was another instance where the window shades of the adjacent flats where slamming and banking the entire night because they were not secured, while the wind was strong. Not much sleep on that night. But these incidents can happen...

  : great location for half of the ski lifts - right opposite the Bossonnet lift. the apartment was a mini chalet with everything we needed, including a good ski room and the kids loved the pool. loved that we had fresh croissants and bread delivered every morning too!
  : the pool was cold and shame not to have a hot tub. the sofa bed was also wildly uncomfortable as a sofa which is a shame as its the only soft seating in the living room

  : The property was clean and comfortable
  : The pool times were a problem. Its down as 5 star. We didnt get a time a lot that worked for us most days at the pool, so the kids missed out on swimming most days. The pool was one of the reasons we booked the resort. There are no cleaning facilities in the resort. And we were asked to bring the trash out to the garage upon departure. There are also no amenities, no bar or restaurant, spa. I just dont think thats very clear on the website. Its basically an airbnb.

  : The property was extremely well located. The apartment was spacious and had everything you needed for a short break.
  : The reception was closed from 12.30-3.30pm which meant when we arrived on the first day we were not able to drop our luggage off, get changed and go for a ski. Most other days this didnt matter and the staff were always friendly and helpful so not something that would stop us returning but just a point to note.The only other two points were that the apartment never really got warm and cosy despite turning the heating up! It was ok but always a bit of a chill, especially in the morning.Final point was that it would be nice if they had a welcome pack of tea, milk, some snacks. They do deliver bread every morning (but no butter) and the tea they had was on short supply. Again non of these issues would stop us going again but we would probably have mentioned the heating if we were staying for longer than a weekend.
