Disappointing

  : On website there are loads of photos of the swimming pool, which is why we chose this hotel. It was a stop off on our way back from Italy. It is not clear on their website that the swimming pool is actually a drive away - you cannot walk because there is pavement. Also it is a public swimming pool for all local residents, not private pool for hotel guests. On arrival we asked where the pool was and the reception told us to go straight and turn right at the roundabout, and said we could go on foot. This sent us on a wild goose chase around the village asking everyone we met where this pool was. In the end we gave up. On returning to hotel I was able to access Sat view on Google maps and the pool was a lot further than we were lead to believe plus it was straight on at the roundabout and then turn right. All in all very frustrating in 32 degrees heat 7pm at night after driving all day. Also they claim the rooms are soundproofed but we could here everything from the corridor, room next door and room above.

  : Wonderful rooms and comfy beds. Great location a short drive from Annecy but with amenities in the village too. Perfect for us. Adjoining rooms was a bonus with the kids. The swimming pool that we could use was also particularly exceptional.
  : I hadn't quite understood that it's a bit of a walk up the road to the other hotel to use the swimming pool, but 100% worth it as the setting was amazing. Make sure you get the door code if coming home late at night, luckily we caught staff packing up from a wedding. Everything else great.

  : Needed a stop off after leaving Geneva , late booking. Once you navigate all the Fr round about it is easy to find esp if you have google maps. If you want 5 star, dont stay here, if you want clean and comfortable, a feeling of warmth and a French experience at a good price, def stay here. Our Older Room had a patio overlooking the mountains which we used. Restaurant/bar/meals available which we didnt use- instead grabbed something from the supermarket and retired early. For the price, room was clean, comfortable with a view, booking in was easy process [once english speaking staff came to desk :-)] and would book there again.
  : For what it was and price, nothing. Looks like refurbishing and suggest prices will then go up

  : Breakfast buffet was very good fresh local fruits Home made jam and Honey, bread and croissants, I would invest in a better hot drinks machine. Swimming pool at the annexe building la Chrisandiere 5 min walk is worth the visit. It was a great stop on our way home from the french riviera.
  : The hot drinks self service machine at breakfast should be upgraded. Does not match the quality of the breakfast fresh buffet. The restaurant menu could be more kids friendly.
