: I am writing to bring to your attention a concerning incident that transpired during our recent stay at your establishment in Room 3006 on December 31, 2023. Regrettably, a member of your staff was involved in an incident that resulted in a serious injury to my wife. An sharp item fall down from trolley in the tiny lift, causing a deep cut on her foot, leading to considerable pain and significant bleeding. The incident had a profound impact on what was intended to be a joyous New Year's celebration. I wish to acknowledge the prompt and compassionate assistance provided by Mrs. Lea at the reception. Her professionalism and efforts in helping us during this distressing situation were commendable. However, despite the positive interaction with Mrs. Lea, the overall experience has marred what was supposed to be an enjoyable trip. Considering the substantial amount paid for a three-night stay, we expected a level of service that would ensure the safety and well-being of your guests. While we appreciate the efforts made by your staff to address the immediate concerns, we believe it is essential for you to be aware of the impact this incident has had on our experience. We hope that corrective measures will be taken to prevent such incidents from occurring in the future. Our intention is not to dwell on the negative aspects of our stay but to bring this matter to your attention in the hope that necessary improvements will be implemented. We trust that our next visit to your hotel will be free from such unfortunate incidents, allowing us to enjoy the quality service we had initially anticipated. Thank you for your attention to this matter, and we look forward to a positive resolution.

: Staff uniformly helpful. Nice room. Comfortable bed. Excellent housekeeping. Skiroom so close to lift. Excellent massage in spa.
: Food disappointing and not of the quality we expected. Eg ( half board dinner) lukewarm soup, very stodgy risotto, burnt toast served with cheese entre. Odd consistency of scrambled eggs on breakfast buffet ? powder not fresh eggs. Slightly better restaurant experience with dinner la carte but still not of a standard we would have expected from a michelin listed restaurant. Wine prices atmospheric. . Essentially nothing under 60 euros per bottle. Huge regrets we booked half board.

: Our room was lovely and comfortable, spotlessly clean, and we had a nice view from our balcony. Breakfast was really nice.
: Bizarrely we asked twice in our stay to eat in the restaurant with our friends in the evening and were told that they were completely booked out and that it was not possible but our friends then showed us photos of how empty it was when they were eating. We couldn't understand.
