  : Only the staff at the reception was trying to be helpfull
  : There are several things why we will not be returning to this hotel. Its absolutely no 4star hotel. Equipment is clean but old, semms like no investment was done for a long time on this property. Response from hotel to our messages went missing so some of us arrived and rooms were not prepared, beds had wrong numbers of linens and sheets. Apartments are small, marketed as 4person rooms but really equipped comfortably for 2 persons. What was shocking was behavior of the owner/manager of the hotel when one evening we had absolutely horrible encounter with him. He was very rude and yelling at us. We travel to Austria a lot and never encountered such behavior.

  : The location of this Hotel is close to the center of town, and features a beautiful view. The room had a nice balcony, and sufficient kitchenware to cook simple meals. Concierge at the hotel was helpful, and accommodated us when asked to. Having laundry as an option is also great.
  : The building itself is quite outdated, and is a bit worn down in terms of carpets, furniture, and plumbing. The shower would fill up with water quite quickly, and the sink in the kitchen seemed very loose. The closet door seemed broken, and couldn't be moved without a good deal of effort. The pillow was very cheap, and way to thin. The wifi in our room was very weak, and would disconnect often. The room features a coffee machine without coffee pods, which, in my opinion are unrealistic to buy while travelling. Likewise, laundry soap isn't exactly something convenient to buy while on a trip in another country.
