  : A cosy and a very nice hotel in the historical building in the very center of Kudowa-Zdruj. The perfect location, well-equipped rooms, nice interior. The breakfast was various and yummy.

  : + location is perfect + the hotel exterior and interior are very beautiful + nice cafe/bar with a terrace + rooms with balconies + extensive choice of food for breakfast
  : - extremely loud floor and very bad sound isolation in the rooms, you can hear every step and sound from your neighbours and the corridor - the room was cleaned and the towels were changed only once (on our request) during the whole week - toilet paper supplies were never refilled, garbage bins were never emptied - everything you should arrange yourself on the reception - not comfortable bed, very soft mattresses - no air-conditioning in the rooms - most of the stuff speaks only polish - paying was possible only by cash - no airconditioning - no tap beer on the bar

  : The location was very central and convenient. Breakfast was standard but plentiful.
  : Our room was in the attic and there is no elevator in the building so we had to carry our baggage all the way up. I sprained my ankle on a hike and my husband had to carry me as no elevator was available. There was always a shortage of parking space. The staff in reception refused to take our payment by Visa even though we booked on Booking.com. They only accept cash, which is ridiculous in this day and age.

  : Beautiful old building which was serving as a sanatorium for the officers. Good stay and really nice employees. The chef is a really nice lady loving to cook.

  : Great local hotel close to city center and Pijalnia, clean with great breakfast beds very comfy with 2 pillows each, no elevator but not too many stairs to take. On-site parking was provided. Id stay again
