: The apartment is furnished with everything you need for a few days stay, has small kichen and it is spacious enought for a small group or family. Private parking is not spacious, but it was enough. Quiet surroundings, so good to sleep after all day hiking. Apartment also share small yard with grill equipment and a few payground tools for kids, but we didn't use it. Owners are nice, just talks polish only.
: The apartment is bit away from Kudowa-Zdroj city center = away from almost all leisure activities, shops and restaurants in the city. Not sure about bus option, so car is a necesity to go to the city or anywhere else. Aprtment itself is ok, a bit worn-out and has two problems: kichen is extremely small and located under stairway, so partly inaccessible + stairs are so steep, that it is quite difficult to go up or down (better no drinking before using them :) ).
