  : I would like to say that up until my departure this was a very nice hotel. It was in a convenient location. But everything turned upside down on the last day. It started with breakfast. I went down and had the French toast. On the table was salt and pepper and what looked like maple syrup. So I poured it on the French toast. As I stuff the nice big piece in my mouth I almost immediately threw up. It was soy sauce. Why this would be out I have no idea. At that point I was no longer interested in dinner and was trying not to puke. I went up to my room and tried to brush the taste out of my mouth, pack and then leave.As I carry out the last of my bags, a blonde woman at reception tells me I have a bill to pay. I stopped for a moment to think what the charges could be. Breakfast was included and I didn't eat or use any other facilities. So I asked her what she was talking about. She becomes insistent that I owe her money. I tell her I don't owe anything I paid my bill. She begins to now argue with me and gets very arrogant. I pull out my phone and show her that my bill was paid. She then tells me I still owe more money because that's not the correct price. I try to get booking.com on the phone but they are not open as I am 6 hours ahead. I even sent a message. This woman is really laying into me. This is going back and forth now making me late. She's pulling out books and showing me. I don't understand any of it because it's in a foreign language. Then she's on the phone with people. I have no idea who she's even talking to. But I have meetings to get to. I tell her look, it says my bill was paid in full. I don't know what else to tell you. If there's a problem you can call me or get in touch with booking.com and straighten it out with them. But as far as I am concerned you have been paid in full. This sets her off and she starts getting really pissy with me. I tell her I do not need this. Then she says fine just leave.

  : Nice location.
  : The code did not work and we spent two hours trying to contact anyone to help. Not as advertised on the web site. No front desk. Shower was warm, not hot, kitchen messy. Food left out, dirty dishes.

  : Breakfast was varied, tasty and satisfying.
  : The main problem was no internet available in my room on the second floor, although it was available in the lobby and on the first floor. Hotel would not change my room to another with internet. Room was cold in the afternoon as the heating was off for several hours.

  : The hotel is located in a nice and modern building just by the main road 971 running through the city, which is quite trafficated at day with both lorries and holidaymakers, but very calm at night, which made sleeping well an easy thing. The three bedroom we got was spacious and modern with a large bathroom and comfortable beds. The room also had a large balcony with space for around 4-5 persons and a nice view of the outer parts of the city which we really enjoyed using. Parking lot outside the hotel was rather small (only 6-7 spots) but we managed to find a spot with great help of the staff and it was free of charge aswell. The location of the hotel was also very nice as it was just about 5 minutes of walking to reach the city center and the main street. The breakfast we had the following day was fantastic with a very wide selection of both cold cuts and and warm dishes of great quality. All in all we had a good and comfortable stay, and we sure know where to stay for the next time when we pass by Krynica-Zdrj :)
  : It is actually very hard to find anything negative about the hotel :) The parking space could have been a little bit larger since it was quite tight between the spots and a little hard to get in and out, but i worked out fine for us.

  : Good location. Friendly staff and very good breakfast with lots of choices.
  : No facilities for children and no bar to sit in the evenings but location is good within the walking distance to Krynica centre with lots of restaurants.
