  : Modern nice, design, bright rooms. Seems like these apts are very new to rental market- everything looked new. Good to have expresso machine and dishwasher in the kitchen. Kitchen is equippped with pretty much all you need to prepare/eat your meal. Apartment is close to the beach.
  : Garage spot is a joke - very thiny, good for small sedan size cars. If you have a bigger car (ex SUV) and there is another car parked next to your car - you are in trouble, and have to very creative to be able to leave/enter your car and not to damage either your car or neigboors car. Apartament could be cleaned better, a lot of dirt on the floor and kitchen cabinets when we arrived. Apartment is small, but good enough for a couple of adults plus max 2 kids. No laundry mchines, it would be good to have them in the building, even if customer would need to pay for it. Regardless staying for 6 nights, things like paper towel, toilet paper, dishwasher tablets, garbage bags were given in amount you usually use within 2-3 days, remainder of our stay we needed to take care of these on our own. There is no wifi in the apartment (despite its advertised there is one) very bad signal (we had several carriers)- most of the time unable to make a call, and needed to step out of the aparmtent to make one. We didnt watch too much TV, but even then we noticed that TV signal is spotty too.
