  : We enjoyed the location at the top of Kruja, beside the old castle ruins. The view from our room was really nice, facing the mountains. Reasonable price compared to other countries in Europe
  : We felt the option of dinner (10 or 15 EUR) was decidedly average value for money and compared to Albanian food we have had on our trip. The food was quite dry, with a small meat portion with some potatoes. While I understand they want to serve as many people as possible, the service was also rushed and you can feel they want you to finish and leave quickly. Also, Albania is very much a cash based country which we understand, and usually the accommodation states in their description they are "cash only". Here, their description states they accept card, but in reality, they will pressure you to pay with cash, saying first that they don't accept card, then that their machine is broken. We paid cash for our room and meals we didn't want to cause any issues. However, we observed another couple get into a tense situation over payment, until it was clear they didn't have any other way to pay, and then suddenly a relative of theirs has an EFTPOS machine that is working. It would be much better if they were simply honest about payment method, as it feels unpleasant to experience.
