  : The location - very close to the gondola - 150 m max, very warm.
  : The property is advertised as: having a restaurant, 24 hours front desk, bar and garden, and with complimentary wifi, including toiletries. Breakfast available each morning, a la carte, full English/Irish and Italian options. :) None of this is true. In addition to this, the apartment is situated in a large building where cleanliness of corridors is not really maintained - floor tiles are dirty, people leaving ski shoes and trash in front of their doors. None of the listed facilities is available in the building (restaurant, bar, breakfast availability). No 24 hour front desk. Wifi did not work at all. Somepieces of bed linens were not ironed. There was unemptied trash from previous guests and the floor did not seem vacuumed and cleaned. When the roll of toilet paper was gone (we did not receive a new one upon arrival so it was gone in a day) we did not receive a new one. Even though the owner described (via messages exchanged before arrival) the apartment having a sofa that can be extended and a bunk bed, it only contained two sofas. When they were extended there was practically no space left in the studio. The owner was not responding to any of the messages after arrival. We were greeted by a local host who gave us the keys bit was not responsible to deal with any of the complaints, he kept referring to the owner/boss - who was unresponsive via messages nor via the phone number provided on the door of the apartment - as it was not in function. The place has good potential, if it was managed better and if correct information was provided. Due to misinformation and unresponsiveness of the owner i can only give a very low mark and not recommend the accommodation to anyone.
