  : It makes very good first impression (until you start looking closely). It's modern and you couldn't imagine even better location for Krosno. Breakfast lacks of varieties but it's good enough for short stay. Rooms are really spacious. Staff really nice and helpful.
  : Hotel has a great potential. You can tell someone put an effort in the start up. However, maintenance of the place isn't on the highest level. Shower already needs refreshing (especially grout between tiles), scruffy towels and stained sheets need replacing. We found on our arrival a lot of small flies (like a fruit fly) in our room. First we thought it might be coming from outside through the open windows but most of them we found in closed bathroom. Door handle needs fixing. Also, there was no private parking, you must use public car parks. They're secure but chargeable on weekdays from 8am to 5pm, so have that in mind when booking.

  : The host was pretty hapless...from the other reviews it would be kinder to say he was just having an off day when I checked in:- he was difficult to get hold of via phone because of signal issues (his side). The lady at the cool glass shop next door had to help me- once we got hold of him he then gave me the access code and a room (no 13) which was already occupied. Booking.com customer service then contacted him and he issues me with a new room (no 11), but this was the small room looking into an alleyway at the back (not the better one I paid for). Booking.com contacted him again and he said he’d made a mistake and that my room was actually room no. 14. - so I eventually get the room I paid for but there was somebody socks on the floor, so I’m left wondering if I still have the wrong room (that, or the room hasn’t been cleaned)- to top it off he never sent the instructions for breakfast, even though both me and Booking.com had repeatedly asked...so no breakfast

  : The place is big and it would be real nice if it was clean and the hosts were responsiveBreakfast was good an in a nice place.
  : Many aspects of the description were quite wrong and communication with the hosts was extremely difficult.Parking was listed as available on site and free, and with 24h reception. Asked to check in one hour early but didn't get any answer nor instructions. Waited until 14:00 to drive there but could not find the entrance nor parking. They did not answer the phone so I had to park nearby and walk there. There actually was no reception and no parking just a keypad and another phone number which they did not answer either.When I could reach them and get the keycode didn't work and didn't answer me again for a while so I just had to wait (and get a parking ticket). Finally they texted a different address in Rynek 7, not 26, where there is another Glass House. Sent me to park in public parking around the center but it is a maximum of 3 hours. They insisted I would be free but still got a ticket and had to move the car way out of the center. Tried to call them multiple times and didn't answer the phone to clarify questions. They said they don't understand English and someone will reach out to me but didn't call me back nor answered my questions while I still trying to find parking.The whole process to settle there took close to three hours of wandering around the city. They were unresponsive to emails and messages, not just a language barrier. Gave up on asking for anything else after I managed to get the Wifi password from them and settling but there were still additional innacuracies worth mentioning:The Cable TV and diswasher did not work.City view / Landmark View were not true, the view was just to the inner back of the building with neighbours right in front.Non-smoking, cleaning products: the pillow smelled to smoke and there was no replacement, the toiled had a very strong stench to urine and there were no cleaning products around. Had to get my own just to wipe the toilet, floor, and walls, but the smell still persisted.
