  : Administrator tried showing some hospitality, when we were settling in.
  : 1. There were no shampoo, toilet paper.2. Tv was not working. 3. Cold water in shower. 4. No cleaning during several days. 5. We paid for a room including breakfast, but then administrator said, that we would not have one.6. There was like a party in the nearest room: there were music, voices, girls etc. And it was after 11 oclock and nobody wanted to stop that. So it was hard to sleep last night.7. Too hot inside the room and there is no ability to decrease warm from bateries.8. Administrators were speaking in russian language even though we have a law, where it is written that they must communicate in ukrainian language.

  : The main reason why I would like to come back to this hotel is the bed. I slept like an angel on the cloud, had such a good sleep! It must be something special with matrass and extra matrass cover. I felt better than after any massage!) The rest is also nice - attentive and pleasant host, beautiful interior of the dining room..
  : I can't say much. I don't remember why but we walked in the evening in strange area in search of the place to eat

  : Modern, comfortable, friendly staff.
  : They charged me for five nights because I was there five days though four nights. I didn't know enough Ukrainian to correct the mistake. Fortunately, the hotel was nice enough and the price cheap enough that it wasn't a big deal.
