  : To be fair the cleaning staff were very nice, a huge contrast to everyone else.
  : Avoid avoid avoid!!! Very bad value for your money!Pick a different place and enjoy your vacation!1. We paid $350 per night for a suite, when got to the place they claimed we booked a Luke room and that all suite are taken.When asked to cancel they said it’s fine and that we need to call booking, after spending an hour with booking we found that they didn’t approve cancellation and that we can’t cancel. They lied to us!2. Rooms and suites are super small! 30sqm, check the fine print!3. Pool is not accessible and has very dangerous ice around it.4. 5 minutes of hot water in the shower, we tried in most hours of the day, also no bath!!!5. Breakfast is on the stingy side, they also charge for cola cola products, we skipped it after one time and went to a coffee shop instead.6. Attached spa costs about $300 per two hours, this is a very small sauna and herb jacuzzi, complete rip-off. 7. Location is remote, 7 minute drive to the interesting places, there are amazing hotels in the center at the same price, go there!!!8. Management is deceitful and lied to us on few occasions, notably when we asked to cancel and for a refund, they asked for the reasons for our cancellation in writing, we did and then say it’s ok but since we paid via booking we need to cancel via them... after spending an hour on the phone with booking we learned that they didn’t approve cancellation to booking and expected booking to carry the cost.9. Issues with room keys, they would not work at times and we had to go to the reception to get they Re keyed a few times.10. No elevator, our room was in the 3rd floor.This is not a 4 star hotel it’s a badly run bnb at best, go to a big chain hotel where you will receive service at set standard they cost the same if not cheaper and provide exceptional value.
