  : Hotel near the mountain, with a superb view. Good breakfast and dinner. Good spa. Not the cheapest hotel, but it worth the money
  : Change that stupid rule that you have to pay 5 euros to use the bathrobe.

  : Location of hotel was close to centre with amazing views of mountains. Indoor pool was great with nice views of mountains. Breakfast was good.
  : We arrived at the hotel at about noon. I knew we were early and asked if the rooms were still not ready, if we could leave our luggage at the hotel and come to check in later. The red-haired receptionist was not welcoming at all. She said that we did not have a booking (I had booked 2 rooms). She phoned to check and later told me that I had made many changes to the booking and couldnt find my booking. I told her that I did not make any changes to the booking at all and that I had been charged with the full amount of the reservation from a week before. I told her that I did not like her attitude at all towards me. Then she told me that she arranged our reservation but our rooms werent ready yet. I told her it wasnt a problem for us. She changed her attitude a bit and told us we could leave our luggage in a room next to the reception. The other 2 receptionists, (a blonde lady and another man) were much more helpful during our stay. When we were leaving, my daughter was checking if she left anything under the bed and she found a moulded orange under her bed which was there from before. Space in the bathroom is very limited and there isnt any space or shelves where you could put your things. The shower is very small.

  : not a 4* hotel at all the bathroom is a disaster, the showers door cant be close, the joint between the tiles is moldy, the hairdryer is useless, the water is running away so slowly from the shower tray, that during you having a shower youre standing in the water., the bathrooms ventilation is old, dirty, and noisy, totally disappointing in the room, the plaster is peeling from the balcony door, the main lighting in the room doesnt work

  : The location was lovely and the balcony and the view. This was the best. We really loved and enjoyed it. The staff was very knowledgeable and considerate, we got a lot of great advices and information. The staff is really excellent. Also, we came by bicycles and it was great that we were able to leave the bicycle in a safe place. And location is the best of the best. Breakfast is good.
  : There were few things that need to be improved. The value is missing, the accommodation is too expensive for what it offers. The swimming pool amenities and facilities need to be a bit cleaner. Second, the room is a bit outdated, the bathroom is old, I remember I was in this hotel when I was a child, and I do not think that a lot has been improved or changed since then. Overall, too expensive for what it offers.
