  : We had hundreds of ants in the apartment! We have contacted personnel, the lady was extremely unpleasant, said she doesnt care if we are not satisfied and will not do anything to solve the problem. Shocking experience.

  : Very spacious and comfortable, kitchen well equipped. We loved the outdoor patio.
  : The was a construction noise in one of the apartments above ours. Someone was drilling in the concrete starting in the morning ours so we were trying to leave as early as possible because otherwise we were getting headaches! That was really annoying because we could not enjoy the place as much as we wanted. We also had to leave the bedroom door open during the night because there was only one air conditioning unit in the leaving room and with the closed door the bedrooms would get really warm and stiff at night and because of no air circulation.

  : Location is good, only few killmetres away from the old town. Spacious underground parking. Check-in was smooth.
  : Bed in the blue room was completely broken thus we had to put mattress on the floor and sleep there. We have contacted the owner about this, however she couldnt do anything. Window blinds did not work in other room and there was no sunligjt all the time.

  : Comfortable size for 4 people with a good kitchen, table, lounge area, bathroom and patio area. A good location also. Was good value for money.
  : No instructions for the safe, the blind in one bedroom was broken and couldnt be raised. Twi sets of keys would have been helpful as we were two couples and the kitchen could benefit from a bit more crockery and pans as some were chipped and only 3 side plates for 4 people, also smaller pans would help.

  : Location is perfect. Just a 10min walk from the old town. The apartment looks good, nicely styled and very spacious.
  : One of the bedrooms had a bed that broke down the first night, the wooden part that holds the mattress fell. So it was not at all pleasant. The second bedroom had window blinds that did not work. Couldnt roll them up, so it was completely dark. The communication with the host was non existent apart from asking when we arrive and giving us checkin instructions. We asked a few things and never got any reply. I also asked to not be charged from the card that did the booking but next day they charged that card. Oh well. Not very nice.

  : his is all what you can ask from an apartment for a city vacation . Perfect location - only 5 minutes walk from the city center, from the main central station, from the main shopping mall. while in the city you can park your car in the secure and comfortable underground car park. and walk or use the city perfect and cheep tram/bus system. The apartment located in a new secure apartment complex. it is decorated to a very high standard and equipped with everything you need and beyond. The beds are very comfortable the apartment is very clean and tidy - we were very pleased with our stay.
  : The only reason not to give them a 10 is the fact that the apartment was sold to us as suitable for 4 adults and a 16-year-old boy. It turns out that the bed for the boy is an IKEA bed for a 6-year-old child (the kind that can be extended with the addition of a mattress). Of course it could not be used and he had to sleep on the sofa in the living room.
