  : I wasnt emailed the code for the property prior to arrival as instructed so I had to stand outside the property and try and contact the host. They told me they had already emailed me- which they had not. The fridge didnt work and the trams outside were unbelievably loud

  : The only good thing is that it is close to the old town.
  : I booked this hotel especially because it said to have aircondition. However the aircon did not work. After a sleepless night in 30 degrees I contacted them and a man came but he did not manage to fix it. However, the hotel manager claimed it was fixed now, but it wasnt. After a few hours I tried to contact them again to tell them I had to book another hotel because I could not stay in a 30 degree room and asked for the money back. They first didnt answer either phone or mail, so I decided to book an other hotel and I left. After a few hours they mailed me and said they wouldt pay back anything and that they could offer me an other hotel for free. I checked the hotel they offered and it was far from the old town, and was not a hotel I would ever choose. After a few days they mailed again and said they would send somebody to fix the aircon. So they admitted it was broken. That was however too late for me to return there as it was my last day i Krakow, and I also enjoyed my new stay much more as it was a quiet apartment (I had booked an apartment at Old Town View but it was a noisy room right at the street, it was not an apartment, it was a room). I mailed them one last time to ask for a refund, but they have not even answered me. So all in all a bad experience, I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone.

  : There was only one disadvantage: trams made a terrible noise while passing by. They made us wake up early((((

  : The window's mechanism isn't workink. We slept with open window 2 nights. The pictures of the room are not even close to reality.

  : The facilities are in a "tired" condition, the breakfast in the morning was a joke, very basic service, English communication - only in writing. Can work for one night stay, no more.
