: The place is quite nice with modern interior.
: The water heating was not working when we arrived and there was no hot water in the shower or in the kitchen. I contacted the Loft Affair and they promised to send someone to fix it. So we went out and when we came back in a few hours, not only the water heating was on but all the radiators were on too so it was like a sauna in the whole apartment (40C). I contacted them again and they told me to turn it all off. So, once again, no hot water. Me and my whole family had to shower in cold water for the 4 days we were there. They did send someone to fix it once more but this tehnician (who spoke only Polish) wasn't able to fix this. So, we didn't get the service we paid for. It's a pitty really as it's quite a lovely little apartment, not far from the old town Krakow. And good thing is it was summer though as I can't imagine how we would've showered in cold water in the winter or even heated the apartment for that matter.

: Lovely apartment, quick response from the host to any question asked. Well equipped - wine glasses, an iron, hairdryer, complimentary coffee, tea, you name it. Tasteful decor. Great location. Very close to Kazimierz or Krakw old town. Overall, very pleased.
: There is a bit of noise from the trains passing by but it only bothered me first night, I clearly got used to it quite quickly.
