  : The location and safety was great I would be happy to stay here solo. The room was very modern and clean on arrival and a nice large bathroom. We didn't see any staff at all during our 3 night 4 day stay. The local area was a little run down looking in parts but great restaurants and bars in the area. Tip for anyone booking this apartment for a longer stay there is a laundrette about 3 or 4 doors up so you could travel a little lighter.
  : Thought we had booked an apartment and we had a room which was fine but a little different to what we thought we booked. Some information in the room to advise who to contact in an emergency, some information on area in the room would be helpful. Could also do with housekeeping checking the room and replacing towels replenishing toilet rolls etc once there more 2 days. Otherwise for a 1 or 2 night stay it would be great.

  : The room was a typical room only with a small fridge that will fit maximum 5 bottles & was not very deep. The air conditioning was very effective & bathroom radiator essential for towels etc. Radiator in the bedroom, but we did not use. Balcony has 2 chairs & a table but the view in room 302 was of the ground floor court yard. There was a lift which was essential, we were on floor 3 & had 2 cases. The day we arrived I also asked if we could store our cases in the luggage room (padlocked & instructions sent upon request). We were not allowed to check in early, possibly due to cleaning? They will clean your room after 2 days, FOC if you agree that they enter the room without your presence.
  : There was no one at the apartments to meet us, explain anything. I rang the number on the signage but had to text, as person answering the phone did not understand me. (When we checked out a group just arriving were having the same issue.) The person I rang said I had all the instructions and their tone was somewhat argumentative when I disagreed saying I didnt. They then texted me all I needed to get into the main door & then the key safe for the room key card. There is no safety deposit box in the room, I asked if they provided this service but got no reply. We reported an oily stain on the carpet but no reply. For information not criticism there were 5 coat hangers in the wardrobe.

  : Arriving in the middle of the night and not knowing how to check in without running someone. The message would have been better being sent a few days earlier. A little tricky too identifying the hotel from the street . Maybe a bigger sign?
