Modern Apartment Lubicz Kraków by Renters

  : Tha location is perfect
  : I needed a 3 bed apartment. The bed in the small bedroom is broken and cannot be used. For 6 days, Renters.pl customer service did not solve the problem. After 6 days I moved to the another apartment. Apart from that, the apartment does not look like the pictures. The furniture is old and damaged, a fungus in the bathroom, a terrible smell from the sewage system, the apartment is dirty and proper cleaned.

  : Brilliant location, however when you are going with family and self catering, you would expect a little bit more to find in the kitchen. Staying there 1,5 week you would expect to have at least one spray to keep the place clean. Contacted the owner about the controller to the router which was not working (checked batteries before) and asked for replacement because we were staying there nearly 2 weeks. I got the answer they are aware about this and I can change the channels on the box ( everytime stand up to it if you want change program)The overall place is nice but need some small improvements like microwave, storage containers for sugar , coffee?Peeling furniture/ sofa in living room,Cleaning equipment in place but no detergents to use ( leave few rubbish bags, some desinfectant spray, maybe something to wash the floor with?, )Recommend for short stay.
