  : Room was lovely and we stayed on the ground floor. Great to have kettle and fridge. Breakfast was great. Receptionists were very helpful and friendly. Location was so good. Thank you.
  : We went for breakfast usually around 9.30 am. By 10.15 staff were looking at their watch and we felt they wanted us to finish eating and leave. Breakfast finish time was 10.30 am.This felt very uncomfortable. One morning, I wasn't feeling very well, I asked the chef if I could bring a glass of orange juice to the room, to which he replied no and then watched me as I left.

  : The room is on the ground floor, where there is a smoking area right under the windows. Neither the windows nor the curtains can be opened, since the heads of smokers are visible and all the conversations and the smell of smoke can be heard. It's horrible. And the room smells of damp and sewage.

  : The room we were allocated was too small and had no windows just a skylight, we couldn't stay in that room and asked.for a bigger room, luckily one was available, it was quite noisy as it was close to the road, the location was good and a very short walk to Old Town which was fabulous.

  : I had a wonderful experience at Hotel Maximum in Kraków.One of the best parts was its location; it’s just a 5-7 minute walk to the Old Town, which made exploring the area incredibly convenient. Being near the park that surrounds the Old Town was a great bonus, offering a peaceful place for quiet walks.I stayed in room 100 on the first floor, facing the back of the hotel (not the street), and my room had three beds, which were very comfortable. Initially, I was concerned about potential noise from the street due to some previous reviews. However, I was pleasantly surprised to find that while I could hear the tram a little bit, it didn't bother me at all and didn't affect my stay.To me, this hotel felt like a hidden gem and it completely exceeded my expectations. It’s definitely a place I’d love to revisit. My stay was memorable, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to experience the best of Kraków.

  : The bed wasnt too comfy and was only given one pillow. I did get another one after I asked but still not comfy.

  : Breakfast was good but it should be taken care of hygiene, ie people using their hands to get food from the trays.
  : People using hands on breakfast trays, and size of triple bed room . Too small for 3 beds. I hit my head once on the sloped roof. The reception ladies were a bit tricky.
