  : I never leave bad reviews, but unfortunately, this time I have to. upon our arrival to the hotel no one told us about any issues in our room. Once we’ve entered the room, we’ve noticed a little candy on the table and a note saying ‘sorry for the inconvenience’. Apparently, in summer - in the week when there is 30 Celsius degrees heat in the country, the air conditioning is broken. We booked this room specifically to have air-conditioning and we paid extra money to have the air-conditioning. upon our arrival, no one told us that the air conditioning is broken and this is specifically what we needed to have, because we didn’t want to end up sleeping in a boiling room. unfortunately, we did.On top of that, the shower looked nothing like the pictures. In the pictures The shower looks amazing. Our shower had cracks in the floor, the cupboard was nearly broken and it’s made of glass, so if it fell, it would’ve shattered everywhere, and the shower stream was broken. It was leaking, and the stream was so strong, It was literally leaving marks on our body after showering. Unfortunately, the room did not look like promised, and we chose this room for the nice reviews that it has, but in this case it disappointed us. It felt like staying in a room that has not been taken care of for years. and I am not the type of person to leave bad reviews, I understand that rooms can look different in pictures, but this time the shower was a disappointnent. And the air-conditioning was a tragedy, considering that we paid extra money to stay here. Perhaps we received the bad room of the hotel, but no customer should get that :)
