  : The apartment is situated in a beautiful building, near the river and all tourist attractive places in Krakow. The owner agreed with earlier check-in (at 14:00) as my mom is on a wheelchair. Access to the building and apartment is barrier free, which was great. Layout of the apartment is very practical.
  : The apartment is cozy, but a bit worn with use...doors to bedroom cannot be closed completely, the bar at the floor falls off, sofa upholstery is dirty. We spent there 3 nights in October (7-10), it was only 4 degrees at night outside, max 12 during the day, and heating in the apartment did not work. We were very cold (elderly mom, 4 years old child..) The owner replied, that the municipality did not switch on the system yet (I can understand that), but in such cases owner should provide some alternative - A/C with heating function, portable electric heaters etc., but there was no effort. That was very disappointing.

  : The apartment is very big and clean, with two bathrooms and toilets and in a very quiet place
  : The communication with the host was difficult.His answers were waving without wanting to help, usually it was "that's how it is" or "read the instructions again" in a disdainful way and in the end it turned out to be wrong and I had to fix things myself.
