  : Fantastic location, very close to main square, restaurants and bars. Lovely building with character, clean and comfortable.
  : Due to the age of the property the windows are wooden and not very noise proof, so you can hear noise from the city. It didn't bother us massively but could be annoying to others.

  : Due to the location being so central. There is a lot of noise from the trams which pass outside and from bars clubs etc.

  : It i in a great location, within walking distance of most places in old town. Communication with host was very good.
  : The noise from the street outside was pretty bad all through day and night - mainly as it is on a busy tram line. Several power sockets on the wall are loose. The TV socket was so loose we could not get the TV to work.

  : The location was absolutely brilliant, we loved how close the apartment was to the main square in old Town Krakow. We loved using the balcony/terrace area outside of the window. The apartment was clean. The contact person for the apartment was very helpful, and very fast to.respond to any questions we had.
  : The trams outside the apartment were incredibly noisy, we didn't get much sleep. They run all day and night until midnight, and start again at 4.30am A lively nightclub across the road also meant that there was a lot of noise and loud music over the weekend. There was no air conditioning, and it was very hot temperatures during our stay, making it uncomfortable to sleep in. The bedding and towels were all very clean - but we did find it was also a little old/worn. The apartment is great generally, it just could use a bit of updating.

  : It's location, very central. Balcony was good to people watching.
  : Sound proofing was not good for light sleepers. the tram noise was constant and only stopped for a few hours from 11pm till 5 am. Also, a bar nearby was playing loud music until midnight. If the soundproofing was sorted, this would be an excellent flat.

  : Really central and convenient for the Trams, old square and other parts of Krakow. It was great to have a space with a kitchenette to store things.
  : Need to sort out heat in the room which was very hot even though it was only 17-20C outside. We couldn't really sleep with windows open as the trams are noisey. A fan was provided but it was a very hot room. Lighting needs attention. The mainlight didn't work and nor did the under counter kitchen ones. One of the side lights flickered and one was also out in the bathroom. The toilet also permanently ran as if the flush was not working properly. It needs a little maintainable on there small things to make this a good place to stay. Also not good if you aren't very mobile as the lift wasn't working.

  : Location was perfect. Security was good.. apartment was clean. Owner was responsive.
  : The apartment was basic. Could have some decoration. Some of the lights were not working and were flickering. The hot water in the shower got cold as, it was a small storage heater. So, I had to take really quick showers.Kitchen only had one pot and one pan.

  : Everything was fine - no issues with the property. Balcony overlooking the road was quite nice to sit and watch the world going by (despite the wet weather)
  : Property was on the 2nd floor and the list didn't seem to be working - the lift door was locked. Wouldn't usually be a problem but I had a heavy suitcase which I had to carry up and down the stairs. Tram is quite noisy - had ear plugs which drowned the noise mainly
