  : The location is very good for exploring the city, free parking space in the underground garage was very convenient, the apartment itself was cosy and comfortable.
  : It was necessary to provide a safety deposit, even though we paid with a credit card and the process was so complex that in the end we had to go to the office, which is in another district and clarify it personally. A big waste of time. Besides, the booking website shows the location of the office (Kazimierz district) and not the apartment (Lubicz street)! Since the Lubicz street is very central, we didn't mind in the end.

  : Location close to the Old Town and shopping mall Galeria Krakowska. The amazing option is the free underground car parking.
  : One of the biggest disadvantages is that there is a tram behind the window and you hear it all day starting from the early morning and till midnight. During the months that we spent in this apartment, only once was there a cleaning provided by the host. However, for such a high price, it looks strange. The bed and the sofa were not very comfortable, and they made so much noise.

  : The location is just perfect. Within 15min you are at the market square or in 3min at a bus/tram station which connects basically everything.The apartment was well equipped with some nice goodies like washing powder, coffee powder and kitchen basics. Parking was great (but please read my note in negative section). Communication with the apartment operator was easy and quick. Would love to come again
  : Two things which could have been better in the instructions: 1) car park: you need to know that you require the remote control plus the card to enter the car park. Both are located in the apartment (check drawers etc if you cant find them). The parking spot is difficult to find (no 89) so check in the green section close to the blue section.2) Wifi: the wifi Name and password in the instructions didnt work so please check and scan the QR code at the router directly to get wifi working

  : Location is great. The place felt safe. Private parking is a huge plus. The kitchen and equipment were superb. The host was always in touch.
  : The floor was dirty, we had to clean it. The shower is not working, only the upper part, it was very inconvenient to use. The bed was too noisy and creaky, the chairs were shabby. A small renovation could do this place well.

  : The apartment was very clean and tidy, spacious bathroom and cosy bedroom. Some free-of-charge snacks, cereals, coffee and tea were a pleasant surprise. Grocery stores, restaurants, public transport and locations overall were perfect.
  : Living room lacks a bit of cosiness and warmth, plus windows in our apartment were street-facing, thus forcing us to keep them closed over night, that can be challenging in summer time, plus no fresh air.

  : Deposit is 800 PLN. You should pay it before check-in, but you no warranties to receive it back. We are waiting for it for two weeks so far.
