  : Great location, but not great hospitality!Wifi?!? No comments!!!The host disappeared since I booked.I stayed for 12 days, and he didnt provide anything for my staying (toilet paper, liquid for the washing machine, shower gel 4 boxes of 25ml for 12 days, etc..) even if it was mentioned in the apartments description, and when I tried to call or emailed him, he said for your staying you do not need the liquid for the washing machine or other stuff this is the host, he probably meant I needed to bring with me 12 pairs of socks and 12 underwear, unbelievable situation. In the description they insert that there is the washing machine but you have to buy the liquid even if for one wash, can you believe it? Again, the apartment was dirty and there were hairs from the previous guest everywhere. It is new as apartment but totally empty, as said nothing provided for your staying, you have to buy everything even if you stay for 3 days.I often travel to krakow, and never had this situation, so stay away from this host and choose other apartments much much better, nice and fully furnished or even an hotel because in this you will not find anything that supports your staying.Ps: also booking didnt help, for the apartments choose Airbnb, much better, more detailed in advertising and description.
