  : Modern apartment in a newly built apartment block. Nice views over the city and mountains.
  : Not easy to collect keys if you arrive by car, because you have to get to the apartment to get garage remote control, but the concierge would not allow you to park in the territory even for that short moment. Garage costs 30 zloty and is very narrow. The concierges of the building do not speak English, they just yell at you something you don't understand in Polish. Generally nice and clean (except for the stained carpet in front of TV), but important things lacking. No extra garbage bags and no instructions as to where to put garbage (we left it on the balcony), only 1 and a half toilet roll, no kitchen towels (very annoying, we ended up buying some and bringing them back home).

  : Accomodation good. All you need for several days you could find there. Especialy i liked fotowall.
  : Could be certain in the shower, because the water runs in to the bath room and the toilet crunch a litle bit.The lift was uncomfortable as I understood maybe not finnished interior.

  : The apartment and building were very clean and had everything we needed. It was a short taxi or bus journey to the main shopping centre or old town. If you enjoy walking it was a leisurely 20-30min walk to the Christmas Market
  : For its location and comparing it to prices in Krakw it was slightly overpriced. As you are renting to English speaking customers it might be a nice idea to have some English speaking channels on the TV?

  : Wifi did not work from when we arrived for 2 days. We made repeated checkins and requests for repair with property manager company and were told our caee was being verified which was not explained. WiFi began working without notification. Also, tub in bathroom has high step up and there are no safety bars to assist oneself.

  : Before checking in I requested the check-in instructions two times. These instructions were not sent with a good timing. Be aware that this company, Renters.pl will try to charge you for the items that you have not broken during your stay. And they will charge you without any prior notification. If they will not be able to charge you, then you will receive an email in which you will be asked to pay for items you did not break, or you will be sued by this company. In my case, the check-out was on November 26. During November 26 and November 27 I was not contacted regarding damaged dishwasher. On November 28 Renters.pl tried to charge me 600 PLN, but they were unsuccessful. Later, I received an email with this paragraph: "At the same time, I would like to inform you that in the event of failure to pay the entire amount mentioned above within the prescribed period, the creditor will be forced to refer the matter to court proceedings and then enforcement proceedings. This will expose you to additional, very high costs of proceedings, which at this stage can still be avoided. We hope for an amicable resolution of the case." I want to mention that the dishwasher was not used during my stay. But, it does not bother this company. They just want to charge me and that's all they care. I asked them why they do not consider that their staff could miss something during a check of apartment after checkout. Why I was not contacted during November 26 and November 27 ??? If you check Trustpilot you can find reviews about lots of similar cases. So, be aware and stay away from Renters.pl
