  : The shower drain was quickly clocked and the photos were better than the actual room.

  : The location is great, equipment is new and working just fine. It appartment has a couple if quirks, to be honest, but none of them were deal breakers for me. Just little stuff like a missing lid for the bigger pan; or the absence of kitchen towels etc making it harder to cook on site; water heater kicks in when at a higher water pressure than expected; and there's a bedside lamp that is not plugged in because the closest power socket is on the opposite wall :) Again, non of that is really important, but it's spoils the impression a little bit.
  : Ambulance station is nearby and the appartment overlooks a busy intersection, so if you need complete silence to sleep - maybe not the best place you. For me it wasn't a problem, even my 3yo never been woken up be ambulances, but they're frankly quite loud. Also, my wife was a little bit scared of the elevator (it's an old one, where you have to close the doors manually) - but I though it was a really cool thing to find :)
