  : Very good location, smooth self check in and check out, authentic atmosphere
  : The bed is not really comfortable and it creaks with every move.

  : Location is very good, internet speed really high. Communication with the owner was smooth. You can also find a parking slot on the street (paid during 10:00-20:00).
  : The sofa is uncomfortable, especially for two adults. Also water in the shower needs a better regulation as sometimes it's hot and during whiles quite cold. Due to those two things I have to rate this small apartment with 7 points only.

  : It is very cozy and home like. It has some special atmosphere of warm and welcoming.Pretty quiet and with windows in the green yard Host was always helpful, replying fast to any questions Good infrastructure, shops, transport We were able to negotiate arrival and departure time based on our plans, which was super nice and helpful Fully equipped, there is literally everything you need and more than you can expectAs for the city centre it was 20 min walk for us, which is still ok
  : It has some retro (read old) flavourWhen we arrived there were bed sheets and towels for one person, although we were 2, this was fixed next day Flat was well cleaned before our arrival there is no doubt, although the walls are dirty and need either cleaning or paint, also some parts which you dont see from the first site (behind the furniture) need to be cleanedWashing machine is surely a bonus, but it is old and every time I was afraid I will not be able to open as the door needs to be fixed I think some repairs and paint would make this little star shine brighter for your precious guests ;)

  : Someone on site . I arrived in the dark and it was difficult to access the lock box code and door entry . Luchily another guest let me in and showed me how to enter my apartment

  : I like to cook when I travel and the stove is only one option, the sofa bed is good for a few days. as it is a studio, the decoration should be minimalist and contain only what is necessary.

  : This feedback is about service, and the service is really bad, I reserved this apartments to rest, because it's a business trip, next morning at 6 o'clock I need to move to next meeting and comfortable sleeping is very important for me, the bedsheet was the smallest than than the matras, I asked to bring me the appropriate size of bedsheet, instead of helping the man on phone started to speak in a rude way, insisting that I should sleep in the middle, if I don't know how to sleep right, I should send a photo how I lying on the bed and he'll teach me how to sleep in a right way.. WHAT? OMG? REALLY THE PROBLEM IN ME?There is no need to write the other saying... I hope the center of client's helping will solve the refunding.

  : I loved the location of the property. It's in my favourite residential area of Krakow, with great infrastructure all around (convenience stores, a drugstore, a post office, and more) and perfect public transportation. Collecting the key was easy. The apartment is well-equipped with all one might need during one's stay (a microwave, cookware, a cooktop, a washer, a hairdryer, an iron, etc.). The Wi-Fi worked very well, too.
  : I didn't like the smell in the building (I understand that it's beyond the owner's control, though) and in the apartment. The furniture is run-down. The bed, or actually a folding sofa, was not exactly comfortable. In the shower there was mould.
