Policies

WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.

Free private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed).

Pets are not allowed.

Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 3 years old stay for € 10 per person per stay when using an available cot.
Children up to and including 3 years old stay for € 12 per person per night when using an existing bed.
Children from 4 years old to 17 years old stay for € 18 per person per night when using an existing bed.
No extra beds are available.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

Please inform Ferienhaus am Lotsenstieg 6 in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.
This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
Bed linens and towels are not included in the room rate. Guests can rent them at the property for an additional charge of EUR 40 per person or bring their own.
Please note the property will send a separate confirmation with detailed information (bank transfer instructions, check-in and key collection details).

Please note that there will be a surcharge of EUR 25 for late arrivals after 17:00.
