  : - The most important aspect of this hotel was its staff, and I mean the personnel handling the reception (all shifts) as well as the lady who, at days, was assisting with the breakfast. They welcomed us, assisted us with all our needs and were always smiling and with a kind word. They deserve all the credit for our stay. - Another plus was that although we were facing low temperatures (at night below 0 C) the rooms were always warm to the point where you did not need any bed covers at all. - Location was isolated, on the city outskirts. This meant that we faced no noise/light pollution from the city but at the same time we were within 5' driving distance from Kozani's city center. - Room was spacious, we stayed at the apartment labeled as suite and we had no issue sleeping there with our 2 kids.
  : - On our 1st night staying, a soccer team consisting of kids and their coaches/supervisors was also staying for the night. They blatantly ignored quiet hours, and made so much noise up until 03.30 am! meaning that we could not sleep and our kids were waking up as well. I attempted contacting the reception but I received a poor reply that "the kids cannot be controlled" . I am sorry to say that this is not acceptable and if I were to call the police then the hotel would have to comply or face a fine for disturbing the peace. Luckily, they left the next day. - The room could do with a bit more cleaning. Upon arrival (and throughout our 4-night stay) there were huge spider webs hanging on the ceiling above our double bed, the bathroom was full of dust on all surfaces, and a drawer inside the room had a perfect layer of thick dust on it. This led us to believe that the rooms are probably cleaned superficially. Also, please someone tell the cleaner that "Viakal" is a really good product able to improve the bathroom's shower, handles etc. They were full of rust and probably had never been wiped or scrubbed in the past months/years. - What is wrong with the breakfast? Ok I can understand that a basic breakfast will be offered but please do not give out the same every single day. At least change it from toasted bread,jams,juice,boiled egg and maybe offer milk, yogurt, cereals or anything other maybe every 2nd day or so.
