: Very nice place near from the old town of Kotor (20 min walking or 3 minutes by car). The appartment is nice with all comodities. The swimming pool is really nice. Thanks to Delfina, our host, for her availability.

: Very nice pool and beautiful view from the terrace!!!! The apartment was spacious and comfortable. The AC worked really well (but AC only in one room).
: Really poor wifi. The appliances in the kitchen were not working well. The dishwasher was clogged and it smelled really bad. The toaster worked halfway; you had to keep pressing the on button to get your toast. There were no small spoons, we asked for them but they were never delivered to us. We asked the host to check the dishwasher but they never did it neither. The apartment could be taken better care of and the appliances should be checked before the arrival of the guests. In addition, we were given very small amount of the toilet paper and we had to ask twice to have it refilled. Also, there were only 3 dishwasher tablets left and only very very small amount of the liquid soap for the dishes. It felt like they had too many apartments to take care of and did not really have time to check on them properly. For example, one of the ventilators we had in the apartment turned out to be broken and only one worked. Unfortunately we learned it our last night which was very hot and we were in the desperate need of the ventilator as the AC was only in one room. These things should be checked, you don't leave not working ventilators in the apartment.

: The main selling point is the view from the decent sized balcony with a dining table and the swimming pool. The latter (pool) was great for our kids and was quiet and felt private even though it was shared with other apartments. The host was very friendly and very helpful with information and arranging a reasonably priced transfer to Dubrovnik. Even though it was a 15 minute walk into town , there were shops and a bakery on the way for supplies.
: The shower did not work in the ensuite but it worked in the main one which was fine.
