  : The property has a very good location just a few meters from the Old Town, it also provides a free parking spot which is quite an asset in Kotor.
  : The room itself is of a decent size, however, it is really poorly maintained, it was very filthy, there were some yellow marks on the bedsheet and it no surprise as they are keeping the old bedsheets in a plastic bag outside on open air. In addition, there was dust everywhere, and some leftovers from previous guests (e.g. used Deo Stick). The bathroom hasnt been deep cleaned for quite some time. The bathroom door handle was freely falling from the door when you tried to close the door, also the shampoo rack was rusty like it hadnt been changed for ages and it is a pity because this is relatively cheap to be replaced and with a room price of 100 euro per night and the flow of tourists in Kotor I do not see any reason for keeping it the way it is, making me think that the only thing the host is looking for is to earn some quick money. The day before our arrival we received a message from the host that the payment is only in cash and that if we didnt bring the exact amount of money during the check-in we wont be allowed to stay, which is another argument that they do not care about their quests. We have stayed in a room that has a terrace, however, the view was blocked by a gigantic Kiwi Tree from where hordes of mosquitos were storming the room, so we had to buy Mosquito Electric Vaporizer to deal with that situation. The AC was working more like a Fan, perhaps it has never been cleaned as its cooling capacity is very limited.

  : The location of the apartment is quite good, and it is pretty spacious. It comes with a parking space which is handy there.
  : Everything was a bit worn out. Cabinets are falling apart, there are spider webs. only 1 wine glass , dirty toasty iron... if you payed 250 euro for 2 nights you would expect all the details to be right but they were not.
