  : House has everything; good kitchen, bathroom with washing machine, good living. Short walk to the city and great views of the bay.
  : Missing a rack for drying clothes inside of the house.

  : The terrace view is beautifullThe location is great if you are going towards Njegui or Loven and Kotor is very near as well (15 minutes walk to the city and back is better with cab as it is uphill). You can buy nice table wines there. Marko and his family are great hosts.
  : There are always room for an improvements. Curtains that blocks light should be at least in sleeping room, bes should be more comfortable, and the interior should be even more modern, but Marko understand it and I am not scared that he will succeed.

  : Beautiful view over kotor. Nice stand alone house Very friendly house . We recommend this place if you look for an apartment or house in kotor.
  : The only thing that was missing was a good curtain in the bedroom.The road to the house was a bit steep

  : A really nice house for a comfortable stay in Kotor. Very good wifi.And the view from the terrace while having breakfast or dinner is absolutely breathtaking!

  : Great location 20min walk from the old town with a great view of the city. Hosts were friendly and let us store bags upon check out before catching an evening bus.

  : The apartment is a Little cottage on the hill over Kotor. There is free parking. We can easily comunicate with the Kind owners (they live in the house beside). The apartment is enough big, there is a little garden outside and a little space with chairs ti enjoy the nice view. There are dishwasher, washing machine and a complete kitcken. It is pet friendly (but it needs to pay 10 euros for the dog). Good ratio quality/price.
  : Some things need to be renewed. The TV is old, the shower box is old and not easy to use. The zone is far from the traffic and noise of the city, but the Road to access is not easy and beside the house there is some very noise activities.

  : The apartment, which is located on the hillside , offers a beautiful view from the terrace. The parking place is in front of the door and is a big plus in Kotor. It's a 20 min walk to the old town. On the way back it can be a little bit exhausting.The host is really friendly and answers fast. I can recommend their home made wine which you can buy.
