  : we were allowed to access one of the flats before the check in time, car park was spacious and easily accessible, the property is a short distance away from the Kotor Bay, local shop and a bakery
  : I rented three flats- 2 studios on ground floor and 1 apartment on 2nd floor. All flats are in need of refurbishment, the A/Cs are well used and make a random noise, the flats were missing basic items but I need to give it to the owner ( Vladimir) than when asked for, they were provided but we shouldn't really need to ask. The electric sockets were falling out of the walls ( studio 1, apartment), towel hangers in the bathroom needed screwing, the bathroom doors needed fixing as they were not closing, WI-FI was non existent. In apartment - TV in the bedroom not synchronised so we were unable to watch anything, TV in the lounge - weak signal so again could not watch it. Although the apartment/studios are advertised for 3-4 people in fact only 2 can sleep comfortable on the decent size double bed, the other people need to sleep on a foldable sofa bed- well overused. The toilet brushes in all flats urgently need replacing they are basically brown. The cutlery needed a good wash before we could use it. The thing that upset us the most however was a dog, there is a dog living on the premises, very malnourished. It took us a little while to gain his trust but when we left him a bucket of water it was removed - why? It was 38 degrees outside the dog really needed it. We placed another bowl with water before we left I hope it is still there and filled in with water.

  : Very nice view to the bay from the top floor. But, unfortunately that's all.
  : Very small apartment that did not fit the description. Instead of having a double bed in the bedroom and two more beds in the living room, we had a double bed in the bed room that could be extended and only one sofa in the kitchen. In fact, there was no living room at all. The apartment we got is simply not appropriate for four adults. In addition, there was only two blankets for four of us and the towels were all different colors and size, which was strange. If you arrive with car and would like to discover Kotor and its neighborhood, the location of the apartment is fair. Otherwise you will have problems to get to anywhere. Do not plan to spend long time in this apartment, it's simply not comfortable.

  : Nice place, nice view.
  : Owner did not come to make our check in. A lady came but she was not able to speak English. So we could not get any information while checking in. For example switching on hot water thermostat was struggling and we found how to start it by ourselves. Water drainage in bathroom was a big problem. They did not come and solve the problem.

  : we were on third floor. quite a hike. the top floor had 3 mini apartments. the balcony was crowded with 4 people hanging out and drinking. the room had old furniture. old glasses. only ac in front room but not in bedroom. many fixtures need to be replaced. place was hard to find up steep steep hill. called the guy to meet us at the place and he took 40 minutes, we had waited at the border 5 hrs and it was a very long day.

  : The location is good, quite close to the beach and restaurants in the area but you cannot reach the old center by walking. The rooms are large, spacious with large balconies where you can sit in the evening to spend time. Large parking available at the property.
  : The experience was below our expectations: - When we arrived at the hotel, we were supposed to be waited on by the owner (Vladimir), but we were waited on by a lady who didn't speak English at all; - Some information for tourists would have been necessary (e.g. where to turn on the hot water thermostat, nearby points of interest, etc.) - Although the description says that 4 people can be accommodated in each studio, only 3 can be accommodated in reality, if you overlook the poor quality of the additional sofa; - The towels, sheets and almost everything that equips the room should be replaced. They have a dirty and overused appearance. Bathrooms should also be re-equipped with new toilet covers, a new shower curtain, etc.; - The view to the bay is only available in the rooms on the upper floors, we had rooms on the ground floor that did not have a very good view.
