  : A washing machine is available. A lift is helpful with bags. There is a balcony that I didn't because my stay was very short but is some good additional space as the place is small and is actually a small duplex apartment that shares a main front door leading to two mini apartments from two separate front doors inside a small hallway separating the two. Quiet time 10pm means you will hear the neighbours but we didn't have any complaints of each other despite me using the washing machine which would have been cause for complaint from them but they were nice enough not to complain.
  : I had a one night stay booked and was surprised to get a request for 4.6 times the price to be paid as a security deposit that I might get back after inspection in 7 days. Granted this was buried in the details but I was looking for a quick one night stay and was surprised by this which I haven't come across before. Expected for say a week or two in a property apartment, but for 1 night motel style a large deposit to be paid electronically felt like overkill and my CC would add extra costs to the payment and refund. I wouldn't have minded a cash deposit that I got back in the morning or a credit card authority that doesn't get taken unless needed, but a full payment was expected. Fortunately we worked it out but I suggest caution if you want a very short stay and don't want this complication. Also it really is a sofa bed only, but it was OK for me 1 person.

  : The apartment was very tiny. Two apartments have shared hallway and if you have noisy neighbors it will bother. Sofa bed is not the most comfortable for sleeping.

  : This place is good for short stay and if you looking for a HQ for further exploration of lovely Koszalin then you will be not disappointed. its located walking distance from city centre and literally a stone throw from the best ice cream shop in whole city. For a couple or single tip top. I assume that they have bigger apartments for families and bigger groups. I liked this place for another reason. I was born in that city and this place is always surprising me with something new, each time when I am going back there.
  : There is not much that I didnt like. They provide everything for you i.e. washing machine, fully equipped kitchen, iron board and TV. Just universal TVs remote control lost the settings and I had to use old fashion way, walking and changing channels, but after all those ice creams it was good for me.
