: Good quality food. Clean clear pool water. Large balcony, most with a nice view of the resort. Exchange dining with Panorama sister hotel next door.
: This hotel is not a 5* don't be fooled. All Inclusive it is not. Partially All Inclusive much better describes the whole set up. The Hotel 'controls' it's guests by closing off access to areas and facilities at various times of day. Asking me to pay a deposit for beach towels at check-in was insulting. I'd paid 3.5k upfront non-refundable to stay here. Would I really want to steal a beach towel? Same story in that all loungers around the pool are claimed by unaccompanied belongings by sunrise. This compounded by the fact the hotel charges guests to use loungers on the beach! No designated non-smoking areas around the pool. My children, the next and emerging generation, always, I mean always, had toxic filthy tobacco smoke wafting around them, breathing it in when around the pool. Disgusting and not fair to them.

: The staff were amazing and great company in the evening - Special thank yous to Celebi, Theodopholus and all the late bars staff that kept us entertained in the evening.
: The hotel was very quiet in the evening the entertainment was not great and felt a bit last minute.. They need to explain what and where the snack are located through out the day, we had to find this out ourselves. The bar is only all inclusive until midnight, you have to pay after this and it closes at 1pm. Would be nice to have the music playing whilst sitting at the pool, but the speaker belongs to the entertainment team and was only there when they were play games or doing aqua aerobics. House keeping was only every 3/4 days, not great when you have to put toilet tissue in the bathroom bins as you cant flush it down the toilet. Taxi can take up to half an hour to arrive during the day.
