  : Staying in this hotel was an absolute nightmare. From the very first day we arrived at the apartments we were burdened with problems. The first being that one of our rooms got flooded leading to broken personal electronics, wet clothing and luggage due to this problem we were moved rooms 3 times. Upon talking to other residents staying at the apartments this seems to have happened to other rooms also and they were moved room every day of their holiday. Keep in mind there was no compensation for this. Secondly, we were told by reception that we had to pay an excess fee of 380 as although we had booked 2 rooms (one for 2 people and another for 4 people) and we had clearly stated months in advance on message that there were 6 in our group they claimed we only had it booked for 4. I have clear screenshots of our booking and how it was booked for 6 people. We were badgered our whole holiday from reception on this issue and they threatened the tourist police on our group although it was clear that we were not in the wrong and if anything it was an issue that shouldve been resolved between booking.com and the hotel. As well as that when we arrived back to our apartment one afternoon we saw that 20 had been taken from our room. When we told reception about this the receptionist screamed at us. To add to all this one of the girls in our group had cockroaches in her room. The staff at the Bristol sea view apartments were less than helpful. We asked to speak to the manager about our issues multiple times and were denied each time. On our last day I was charged 80 on my card instead of 8 for 3 ice creams. The only nice person in staff was the lady working behind the pool bar. I would highly advise against anyone considering to stay at these apartments. Our holiday was consumed dealing with incompetent staff, being shouted at, stolen from and really mistreated making this holiday anything but relaxing.

  : People at the reception were lovely, always ready to help you and give you assistance. A special thanks to Katarina! We had the best room available with a magnificent view. The swimmingpool is very well structured. We also appreciated the chance of having a shop renting bikes right next to our accomodation and the possibility to rent a car (very well maintened) directly at the reception of Brstol Seaview Apartments at a reasonable price.

  : We stayed in a apartment with beautiful balcony/terrace. The view was amazing. Apartment was very large and spacious. Location was perfect and you can walk to the Kos town. Beach was right in front of the hotel. Staff was nice and caring. They give us very good tips of nearby restaurants and driving locations in Kos. Because of the tip we ended up in Zia, a beautiful hill town and must see if you visit Kos.
  : The toilet flush was not working properly but expert found a temporary solution as the damaged part will take time to arrive.
