  : it was centrally located.
  : The entry through main door and room is using a manual key which was hard to operate. My key was crooked or became crooked in my attempts to open the main door. The lady operating the property was not friendly either. I later on switched the key to main door with the cycling group tour guide who offered his key. The lady not only questioned me about what happened to the key even though I explained to her but I was constantly contacted long after I left the property that my original key was not turned in. I am not sure if it was language issue but the tour guide said he would follow up with the property staff in their language. Overall my experience was not comfortable.

  : Booked a room. Got confirmation. Was roaming so had to turn off internet when not needed. Owner wrote a msg through booking.com that they don`t have room for me. After I came to check in, the owner just announced that they don`t have a room for me. No help, no sorry. I understand that I didn`t read their msg, but why do they let their rooms be free to be booked and then write only a one-sentence msg in booking.com? At least try to call me. And if I come there to check in, at least try to sound that you are sorry, not just tell me you got nothing for me while leaving through the door to take out your dog for a walk, barely looking at me.
