: A very nice but very big hotel near the promenade og the beach. The facilities on the hotel was excellent and the breakfast was superb... the little restaurant served excellent food and wines, and we were glad that we did not choose the buffet restaurant. The fitnesroom, spa, swimmingpool and different saunas were super.
: it was very crowded especially at breakfast and we were not informed about how to use the spa/wellness facilities at check-in, which we found unsatisfactory as this was our first spa & wellness stay.. When we tried to book some of the offered treatments we were told that everything was booked and that the first possibility for a treatment would be 2 days after our departure.. It would really have been nice to know that we should have booked the treatments at the same time as we booked the hotel.. very disappointing :-(... and the staff was in general not very serviceminded

: The construction from the neighboring building, the hotel room, the bed was very uncomfortable and missing slats. The conference outside was so loud the bass from the speakers shook our room until 2am. Construction work next door started at 6am.
