Policies

WiFi is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge.

Free private parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed).

Pets are not allowed.

Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 2 years old stay for 50 zł per person per night when using an available cot.
Children up to and including 3 years old stay for free when using an existing bed.
No extra beds are available.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

Please inform Feniks Apartamenty - Baltic Summer SPA in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
A damage deposit of PLN 2500 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
Check in after 20:00 is possible with additional cost of 100 PLN.

Please note that the Recreation Complex in the Feniks - Podczele housing estate is closed from March 12, 2020 until further notice.

Each apartment, regardless of the number of beds, has a maximum of 4 SPA access cards.
