Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Swimming pool #1 is closed from Mon 08 Oct 2018 until Wed 31 Jul 2019
A damage deposit of PLN 500 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
Please note that keys can be collected in the office at ul. Wschodnia 18, from Monday to Friday from 9:00 until 17:00.

Guests planning to arrive outside these hours are kindly requested to contact the property in order to arrange check-in and key collection.

Due to the ongoing construction works in the hotel, Guests may experience inconvenience related to noise. The works will be carried out until the end of 2022.

Please note there will be no hot water in the facility between 11th and 12th May 2022, it will be caused by the renovation break of the Central Heating Plant in Kołobrzeg.
