WiFi is available in some hotel rooms and is free of charge.

No parking available.

Pets are not allowed.

Children of any age are allowed.
No cots are available.
No extra beds are available.

Please inform Apartamenty Sun & Snow Etna in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
A damage deposit of PLN 500 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
Please contact Apartamenty Sun&Snow Etna via phone at least 24 hours before arrival to arrange a key collection.

Please note that you can collect your keys at the office in ul.Wschodnia 18. The office is open from Monday to Friday between 9:00 and 17:00. If you expect to arrive outside the opening hours, please inform Apartamenty Sun&Snow at least a day in advance.

Please note that the 12th floor can only be accessed via stairs from the 11th floor.

Please note there will be no hot water in the facility between 11th and 12th May 2022, it will be caused by the renovation break of the Central Heating Plant in Kołobrzeg.
