  : Location is stunning. Right on the edge of the sea. Lovely sun beds size of property only 11 rooms was great for a personal service
  : Distance to a shop for supplies and the ferry. Its more than a 20 minute walk. Directions are not very good eitherCarrying a suitcase is very hard especially after travelling and not knowing where youre going. The hotel will pick you up by boat but its 40. I think this should be complimentary with the stay. Getting there is NOT easy

  : There was some overrunning exterior work during the day, but the hotel did everything possible to mitigate this. It didnt spoil our break.

  : Lacking that little extra , had to ask for toilet rolls, breakfast was under par, snacks like olives, nuts etc would be nice with drinks. Not very good beer

  : This hotel was in an incredible location, with stunning views and clear waters - one of the most beautiful places Ive stayed. We opted for the hotels airport transfer service which was smooth and a good start to the holiday with a nice little boat ride from the port in Dubrovnik to the hotel. We were welcomed by the friendly staff as we got off the boat with a complimentary Prosecco and our bags were immediately taken to our room. The pool was nice, but we actually only went in it once as the sea was so lovely - Id recommend bringing snorkels with you as theres lots of fish you can see. The food in the restaurant was really delicious, although much more expensive than we had anticipated and there arent many other alternatives on the island to dine elsewhere. My partner and I eat meat and fish so found that there were several great options on the hotel menu, however, Id say it wouldnt be the best selection for a vegetarian. There was a separate lunch menu for the daytime that offered things like club sandwich, a burger, salads but again this was very expensive. With this being a small hotel with not too many guests, we easily had a sunbed every day without the need to rush to secure one. The small cove where the hotel was located was a popular spot for tourist boat trips and locals at the weekend but even when there were more people in the area, it still felt peaceful and we werent disturbed. Lastly, although the island is small there are some nice walking trails you can do with great views from all sides of the island so I would recommend bringing some trainers or shoes you are comfortable walking in on uneven terrain as its worth exploring!
  : We liked most things about the property but there were some small suggestions we thought of during our stay and mainly some guidance to future guests. The main thing to note is that the room is equipped with a small kitchen with a hob and some basic utensils to prepare your own food - however, there is only one small shop which is on the other side of the island and you would struggle to make a decent meal from the items they sell there! I would recommend to future guests who plan to do a little bit of self catering (E.g for lunch) to go to a supermarket either en route from the airport or to take the ferry one day over to Dubrovnik town to get some groceries (which is what we did). If you are staying only a few nights, you probably wont want or need to do this, but we stayed for a week which made for a hefty food bill at the end that could have been reduced if we were able to self-cater a bit more. Also, the staff were helpful when we asked any questions, but some more information in the rooms would have been great - such as things to do on the island, a map (e.g. of trails), where to get groceries, ferry timetables etc. Breakfast was included but quite basic and the few hot items they had out were actually cold. On the days where there were more guests, wed find there was no fruit left and it wasnt replenished. However, you can order toast/eggs/omelettes to the table which was fresh and hot. Lastly, a heads-up, its worth bringing euros as some places (E.g. local boat trips, the little shop) are cash-only and the ATM in the village on the other side of the island charges for cash withdrawals even with travel cards.

  : The views were amazing. We decided to take the speed boat transfer from Dubrovnik, which resulted in a very special start to the holiday. Kayaks can be used FOC by hotel guests. We kyaked along the coast one afternoon, which was lovely. The apartments were clean modern and spacious .
  : It would be useful if some basic provisions were sold at the hotel. We stocked up on food when we visited Lopud by ferry one day. Some additional parasols would be useful for those guests who prefer not to sit out on the direct sun. The sun beds set up by the hotel are stylish but dont provide enough shade.

  : No welcome pack (tea/coffee) and only one very limited shop on the island. Beautiful restuarant but limited if dietary requirements.
