  : The room did not match the photos. It was poor, not renovated. The lock on the toilet door was broken, there was no way to close the door. The last night was the scariest one, because my daughter saw a gigantic cockroach in the toilet. She had a panic attack. Good thing, that it was the last night of our stay, because we had to catch cockroaches all the night. Another problem is the lack of sunbeds.

  : It was all-inclusive, which took the burden of having to worry about food and entertainment off of us. The entertainment staff who led the morning and evening programs were also great.
  : There is a discrepancy between the hotel and the information provided by Booking about this resort. Nowhere in the information about the resort was it stated that a beach is not included in the stay. We were very disappointed to learn that in fact Delfinia resort doesnt have an allocated beach, so we basically had to figure out on our own how to get a spot at a different private beach nearby. This information has to be stated clearly, as most people come to the sea for the beach, not just to lay by the pool. The cleaning at this resort was minimal at best. Never once were our sheets changed, the bathroom floor was never cleaned. All that was done was changing towelsalthough one time they just took the old towels away without replacing them, which led to an unpleasant surprise after getting out of the shower and realizing there are no towels available to dry myself with. The cleaning ladies also would knock on your door and 2 seconds later OPEN the door while you were inside, not checking whether you were decent at all. I have never experienced this in my life, it left me speechless. All the facilities overall, the rooms, the hotel itself, felt and looked very old and as if it is in desperate need of some restoration.

  : The car hire office, the friendliness and helpfulness of the chambermaids. The shared pool in our room, which was quiet most of the time.
  : For the price paid, the very poor and limited quality of the breakfast, lunch and dinner buffets. They were terrible. The themed food nights were too similar, and the quality of the cooking was below average. The TV in the outside dining area showing children's German TV station created an unwanted distraction. The energy and attitude of many of the catering staff in particular, which was miserable at best. The lack of facilities for children. All of this combined made us take the decision to eat out which defeated the whole object of all-inclusive. The persistent water puddle outside the bedroom balcony door, and the leak from the shower into the hallway which proved dangerous as guests were slipping on the water. The continuous running of the toilet cistern. The lack of chairs for a family of 5. The small size of the room safe. The need to book the gym 1-2 days in advance. The lack of clarioty

  : breakfast not great ( same everyday). very poor animations. We were here last year and the animation crew was superb!!!

  : Quiet hotel, friendly staff. We received help and information at the reception. Daily cleaning, clean swimming pool, clean area with landscaping. Many thanks to the Chef: food for all tastes, fish, meat, seafood. Baked ham, baked pig was very tasty. All kinds of pastries, cakes and pastries, various drinks. Special thanks to the staff in the hall: Alex, Fadi, Nicholas, Cosmos, Mohammed, Natalia, Svetlana and everyone, everyone. Tables are always cleaned, served, food and drinks are available. I'll be back!!!

  : Food was pretty good and good value compared to the price of the hotel. Kids loved being able to get free icecream all day Rooms with their own pool is really Great! Nice entertainment 5min walk to a beautiful Rocky beach.
  : -Kids club was not for all kids so could not leave them there. Booking.com said there was a kids club so that was a bit dissapointing -The bodyguard at the slides was rude several times to both me and my partner and also made my daughter (6 years old) cry. -There are too few sun umbrellas and they are bolted to the ground so you only have shadow for a short period of time until the sun moves
