  : The staff at the front desk were amazing. Very helpful and answered many questions. A nice hotel in a nice area.
  : The rooms are only cleaned every 3 days. During my stay of 10 days. My bed was never changed or made. The room was never vacuumed or cleaned. Just fresh towels every 3 days. The management was very understanding and gave me a discount. I hope they can get that fixed . It is a nice hotel. The breakfast is not worth the price. Reheated eggs, vegetables were old and used for many days. Cheese was also old. Not a good choice of items.

  : The room was extremely comfortable. Mattress on the bed is very good.
  : The reception desk is strange and does not represent the comfort of the hotel. And one very unusual situation - there is no cleaning service during the stay in the hotel. And we stay 3 nights.

  : Staff is very kind and spoke English. It is close to where we needed to be and a short walk to the downtown plaza. They had free parking available which is always a problem is other areas.
  : They put us on the 3rd floor and the rooms do not have windows, just skylights that open. However, the skylights do not seal properly and we struggled to get a good nights rest because of the constant road noise. The side of the property we were on, there is a really busy road and if the windows do not seal, don't count on getting much sleep. The toilet seat was broken and it seems that if your chamber maids were paying attention to details they would have alerted someone before the room should be occupied. There was no suit case stand in the room so we had to place it on the desk!

  : The reception staff has been amazing, all the requests made were attended with no issue at all from all the people who has been on shift during my stayThe hotel is very near the city center, so if you plan to visit and not to do business with far away companies everything is reachable by foot in 20 minutes maxI loved the bathroom and the shower was super comfortable
  : For unexplained reason the room service has never been done in my room for the 3 days I was thereArriving in the middle of the nighr due to flight time I admit I was a little bit afraid of the location, but when the sun was out I realized it was kinda normal, also the police station is very near the hotel so no need to be scaredOnly at the reception there was a very strong and bad smellThe fridge was very noisy, in fact all the nights I had to disconnect the power cordThe windows blind was not very effective and a lot of light would come in during early morning hours

  : Amazing customer support! My check in supposed to be after 2pm But I came to hotel at 11am and they agreed to check in me straight away!
  : Just a few small recommendations: - no soap in the bathroom ( it was a shampoo) - light in room could be better

  : Affordable hotel that is very close to the city centre and old town. Friendly staff who are available 24 hours a day at reception, with access to drinks/snacks if needed.
  : The hotel is tired and could do with a refresh, but I didn't have a real problem with this. Only real criticism is the plug sockets not being located in ideal parts of the room!
