  : Thie view is really amazing and apartments is super comfortable inside !
  : The breakfast was so poor... Only cold things which were left near the door. And we were even more surprise when we opened the basket and half pf the bread was just not fresh. A few jams and cheese, this is very poor for such a hotel.

  : The reception is available for long hours - it is very easy the get them. The only issue was to find the reception itself - as this are 3 buildings not connected directly to each other.
  : 1. There we missing towels - for the first night we were not having bath towels. 2. The breakfast was usually not on time - we needed to escalate to have provided in timely manner.

  : The first thing what i would like to highlight- the view from apartment, and every morning breakfast is delivered to the room, so we enjoyed sitting on the balcony and viewing to the mountain. Also we liked the quality of breakfast: easy , but tasty and it was more than enough for 2 persons.Apartment is clean and well decorated, you will also find all necessary things in the kitchen ( microwave, washing mahine, all eating stuff and etc). On the hotel territory sauna, jakuzzi ,place for sun bath ,grill ,big parking available.We stayed in the room Optimum, as i wrote before everything was quite comfortable, but there is some remark about bedroom: i guess in winter time is quite good, but for summer it is too hot, because the bedroom is located is small corner without window under the roof. So no air circulation and you can fill claustrophobic. We found the solution and slept on sofa in saloon ( it quite fits for 2 persons). We discussed this topic with the owner, maybe to add more description about room types on website. And the owner was very friendly and we solved this issue and spent good time there, so i would rate the customer orientation is on good level.

  : there is no soap in the restroom.My wifes towel was taken by the staff by mistake and then its gone.Toilet was leaking.
