WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.

Free private parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed).

Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.

Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 2 years old stay for free when using an available cot.
People no matter the age stay for free when using an available extra bed.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.

Please inform Góralski Spa - Luksusowa willa z sauną i wanną z hydromasażem in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.
A damage deposit of PLN 1000 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
Guests are kindly requested to contact the villa 1 hour prior to arrival in order to arrange a check-in and key collection.

Please note that a check-in after 22:00 will result in a surcharge of PLN 80.

If before the payment of the deposit, a request for issuing a VAT invoice is not submitted to our account, it will not be possible to issue it at a later date.
