  : I could not stay at Casa Mere as booking.com failed to cancel my reservation after the hotel was annexed for asylum seekers. The staff there were very helpful in a very stressful situation.
  : Booking.com customer services who sent an initial response to my complaint asking for additional costs incurred. They then almost immediately told me to ignore them and have totally failed to respond to me since. I have also go no response from their dispute resolution centre. I am telling everyone I know to avoid using using Booking.com at all costs.

  : The fact they cancelled for no reason when we were almost ready to stay there and the reason to get a premium price at the expense of early bookings

  : Didnt have any as our stay got cancelled and no one from there even bothered to call us to tell us, it has been turned into a hotel for immigrants, nice of them to tell us!

  : We booked months in advance but two weeks before our booking was cancelled for no reason could not get hold of anyone to find out why and if we camould get a room elsewhere. On day of our supposed stay I actually went past and found it was housing illegal immigrants which had been going on for month previously which I found out this week so poor service should not be taking bookings if your housing people for lumps domes (100k a month apparently)

  : Cancelled the day before with no explanation Ended up having to book somewhere else twice the price. Not ideal at such short notice.

  : The email you sent us to cancel this hotel was tagged onto a confirmation of booking email, so I didn't see the fact that the hotel was cancelled. When we turned up it was full of immigrants, and the pub next door said that they had had quite a few people arriving hoping to stay at this hotel when infact it has closed. Luckily the staff member of the pub was helpful as was a couple of customers over hearing our dilemma, and advised us where to go to find another hotel. Luckily our trip wasn't spoiled, although no thanks to Booking. Com
